Taramosalata (Greek Style Caviar)

 

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 Whole Lemons Squeezed
1 Small Yellow Onions
1/4 lb Tarama Fish roe
2/3 lb Potatoes Boiled
1 Cup Olive Oil

 

Preparation:

Mash the tarama, potatoes and onion together.

Beat the mix until very soft and creamy.

Add the olive oil and lemon juice together and mix very slowly with other ingredients.

Serve with olives.
